Ms Working Girl 2010

Ishara Abeywickrama walked away with the prestigious Miss Working Girl title at this year’s Miss Working Girl 2010 pageant while Angela Jayatissa and Charitha Waidyasiri were adjudged the first and the second runners-up respectively. Here are the Backstage photos of this pageant.


Ishara also won the Miss Photogenic and Beautiful Figure titles while Angela picked up the Miss Personality and Beautiful Skin awards. Dinitha Rathnayake won the Miss Congeniality award and Rasangika Madushani carried away the Miss Talent title.

Papyrus Paper Fantasy 2010, organized by Papyrus Papers (Pvt) Ltd held on September 24 at the Park Street Mews Warehouse. A fresh and unique show was promised by a group of young designers are Chinthaka Pathirana, Tharanga Prasad Wickramarachchi, Kasun Madhawa Goonetilleke, Chamli Nissanka, Sumanthri Samarawickrama, Krishani Wijesundara, Uchitha Herath, Dimuthu Ranasinghe, Asiri Kamburugoda, Thirupa Madhusrini Pathirathna,
Upeka Ratnayake and Niroshika Priyadarshani. Sri Lankan top models as seen at the show, among them are Chriz Dee, Nadisha Yapage, Harshani Chaturika and Cati Angel.
